    All of Europe listens to when the European Broadcasting Union, EBU, sends 12 hours of Christmas music from Bulgaria, Spain, Finland, Denmark, Latvia, Czech Republic, Iceland, Sweden, Germany, Georgia and Canada. Every hour, we on to a new country, presenting Christmas music with local color and local performers. The Danish contribution comes directly from the Garrison Church, where Ars Nova sings songs about Advent and Christmas under the direction of Paul Hillier.

    P2 Christmas is a cornucopia of music and international soloists on the occasion of the American Tanglewood Festival's 75 th anniversary in 2012. Hear soloists Emanuel Ax, piano, Yo-Yo Ma, cello, Anne Sophie Mutter, violin and Peter Serkin, piano with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Pops, Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra and the Tanglewood Festival Chorus. The music is by Copland, Bernstein, James Taylor, Haydn, Tchaikovsky, Sarasate, Ravel and Beethoven, and the festivities will be led by conductors John Williams, Keith Lockhart, and Andris Nelsons.
